About Me

Masters in Psychology, and Emotional Brain Training (EBT) Provider

Emotional Brain Training (EBT) helped save my life. After my marriage of many years fell apart, I went through a painful and difficult divorce and found myself at a low point. Looking for a way to improve my mental and physical health, I was fortunate to find Emotional Brain Training.

I researched the science behind this evidence-based therapy and decided to learn everything I could about it. I practiced Emotional Brain Training exercises and learned the skills and tools I needed to heal, reduce stress, and live a joy-filled life again.

Consequently, I felt that if I could teach others Emotional Brain Training skills and tools, I could make a profound difference in people’s lives. I’m passionate about EBT and its ability to help others achieve optimal wellness and success in every aspect of their lives!

How Has EBT Helped My Clients?

Clients I work with tell me Emotional Brain Training exercises, skills, and tools have helped resolve the many issues they struggle with. Some of these struggles revolve around family — some focus on their own personal demons.

These new EBT skills have allowed them to make significant progress with eating disorders and other addictions. At the same time, it helps them reduce their stress and anxiety.

They face their fears, sadness, anger, guilt, shame, and limitations. And they learn new ways to access joy and enhance wellbeing. When you understand this simple process and incorporate Emotional Brain Training tools into your life, you’ll decrease limitations and live with endless possibilities.
